A group of uilleann pipers provided music at the beginning of the service and at the Offertory and as his remains were leaving the church. Members of the Wexford Folk Orchestra also provided music throughout the Mass. A well deserved musical tribute to Seamus by his many musical friends and fellow uilleann pipers. Two glowing eulogies were delivered prior to Mass by two of his students - Martin Murphy and Colm Conneely. His funeral cortege was lead by Castlebridge Fife and Drum Band of which Seamus was a member for many years. He departed like an Irish Chieftain. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
