The songs and music of Jim Smith


Jim Smith (1912-2001) was a well known singer and fiddle player from Co. Wexford.These songs and tunes were saved on an old cassette recorder.

    This recording was made when Jim was a very old man and not as stated. Music and songs by him are still preserved at RTE Trad. archives.(such as the Kennedy song 1964/5).
